Terms of Services

Generally, what I ask for is for us
to respect each other. Therefore, before starting your request:

Have your references ready. A character sheet or a folder of your character's design inspirations will do. Design request is possible with a bit of an extra fee.
I am open to personal and commercial work. A commercial fee applies.
Please respect each other and be aware that artistic freedom is what makes art and a fruitful collaboration.
I can deny a commission.

Please heed the request through the commission portal (VGen), send direct message (DM) through twitter (@_satsuki98) or mail (satopatato.art@gmail.com) with your references.
I will provide a sketch in reply for adjustments. The limit of adjustments is 2 major changes.
After sketch is approved, payment must be made within 48-hrs. Payment can be done through Stripes, Paypal or local bank (for Indonesia only).
Finished commission is sent through email in a Google Drive folder.

I have the right to post your commission on my social media (Twitter, Instagram, DeviantArt), adding an extra watermark.
Kindly inform me if the art was meant to upload in a later date.
The commissioner can choose if they want to be tagged or remain anonymous.
Giving me credits when posting the commission is mandatory.

Commercial use is directly related to financial gains, that require customers (T-shirts, banners, mugs, etc.) or platforms made to gain profit (Youtube, Twitch, etc.)
Priority commissions are commissions that can skip the waitlist and be done in advance, I'll only accept 1 priority commissions per month, and they are charged extra (check Extra fees for more details)
